Beyond the Basics Course

Build on your foundation to expand your practice. This 8-week course breaks down physical asana-s such as inversions, revolved poses, backbends, and arm balances. Deepen your knowledge of yogic philosophy and energetics including chakras, mudras, and mantras. It is ideal for those who have completed our Beginner’s Yoga course or are looking to take their practice to the next level.
